• I want to activate my Commercial Banking Online user account (all users, except Primary Administrators)

If you’re a Primary Administrator, you will need to follow alternative steps to activate your Commercial Banking Online user account.

You must activate your Commercial Banking Online user account before you can start using your Commercial Banking Online service.

Once your Administrator has created you as a user, they’ll tell you your username and we’ll send you your one-time activation code. You’ll need these to log in for the first time, so make sure you’ve received them before attempting activation.

You’ll also need to authenticate your identity using your Security device and Security card PIN, so make sure you have them available to you before attempting activation.

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll create your password and Telephony PIN. Your Administrator will then ask you to confirm you’ve completed your activation steps. Once they’ve spoken to you, your Administrator will activate your Commercial Banking Online user account.

    1. Visit Welcome to Commercial Banking Online. Follow the on-screen instructions to display the Login screen.

    2. Enter the username given to you by your Administrator that will identify you whenever you login in the future.
    3. If you’ve forgotten your username, please contact your Administrator.

    4. Enter your activation code in the password field.
    5. Use the activation code we sent you as a one-time password so you can log in and activate your Commercial Banking Online user account.

If your code expired before you could use it, please contact your Administrator for a new one.

    6. Click Login to proceed to the Create new password screen.
    7. Create new password

    8. Enter and confirm your new password. For your security, we recommend use of a strong password, which is unique to Commercial Banking Online, and doesn’t include details which can be gathered from social or business media. Avoid consecutive characters, common words, and popular names which can easily be guessed.
    9. Click Create password to move onto creating your Telephony PIN. If you receive an error message indicating that your password is weak, review the above guidance and enter a different password. Passwords must be between 8 and 32 characters.
    10. Create your telephony PIN screen

    11. Enter and confirm your Telephony PIN.
    12. Click Create Telephony PIN to complete and confirm your Commercial Banking Online user account activation.

Once you’ve created your password and Telephony PIN, your Administrator will contact you. Once your account activation has been confirmed, you can log in to Commercial Banking Online.
