    Viewing Balance reports in Commercial Banking Online

    What to be aware of

    • Balance reports in Commercial Banking Online will be different to your current report
    • The type and format of reports available on Commercial Banking Online has changed.

    There isn’t a Commercial Banking Online report that provides exactly the same information as the Balance report on your current online banking channel. However the Account Statement, Daily Balance History and Full Balance Export reports provide similar information. The table below shows all the fields from the Balance Report and if they are present in the new reports.
