• Getting to know Commercial Banking Online

    Importing payments

Commercial Banking Online lets you import payment batches using a CSV or XML file.

You can import payments by using:

    1. The Commercial Banking Online import format, which you can find on the support centre, or
    2. A bespoke import map, using the file you use for your current online banking platform.

There are some differences in how you import payment files on Commercial Banking Online.

To help, we've made import maps for some payment types. These will cut down on the changes you need to make to your local files or accounting software.

It’s a good idea to be aware of these changes before you move to the new platform.
