• Guidance: exporting beneficiaries from LloydsLink Dial Up to Commercial Banking Online

    FAQs

We have developed a tool to enable you to manually transfer your beneficiary library to Commercial Banking Online.

After you have installed the tool in LloydsLink Dial Up, you will be able to create a file containing your beneficiary account library and/or the beneficiary elements of your payment templates. The tool will check that the data is compatible with Commercial Banking Online and create a beneficiary migration file, which you can use to import the data into Commercial Banking Online.

The LloydsLink Dial Up Commercial Banking Online (CBO) Migration Tool User Guide contains step-by-step instructions on how to use the tool to export your beneficiaries from LloydsLink Dial Up and import them into Commercial Banking Online.

For your security we will never phone or email you asking you to download software from another site, or for your log in details. If you receive unusual phone calls or emails, or have concerns about any other activity, please contact the LloydsLink Dial Up helpdesk on 0345 900 2061. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 6:00pm, excluding public holidays.
