    We have developed a tool to enable you to manually transfer your beneficiary library to Commercial Banking Online.

    After you have installed the tool in LloydsLink Dial Up, you will be able to create a file containing your beneficiary account library and/or the beneficiary elements of your payment templates. The tool will check that the data is compatible with Commercial Banking Online and create a beneficiary migration file, which you can use to import the data into Commercial Banking Online.

    The LloydsLink Dial Up Commercial Banking Online (CBO) Migration Tool User Guide contains step-by-step instructions on how to use the tool to export your beneficiaries from LloydsLink Dial Up and import them into Commercial Banking Online.
