For your security, we strongly recommend dual administration.
Any users, including administrators must have logged in over the last 13 months to be automatically moved to Commercial Banking Online. The last 13 months are dated from the weekend you move to Commercial Banking Online, for example if you move to Commercial Banking Online on Monday 1st December 2015, you must have logged in to LloydsLink online after 1st November 2014.
At least one active non-token administrator is required for your organisation to automatically move to Commercial Banking Online. If you only have a token administration i.e. an administrator whom uses a token security device to log in, you must upgrade this user to an administrator with full rights, who uses smartcard security.

For your security, and to help protect against fraud, it is essential all users have their own unique user name, email address, and contact details, and that profiles and security credentials are not shared between users.
