    Exporting or downloading transactions

    Step by step guide

    Exporting or downloading transaction statements from Commercial Banking Online will be different to exporting transactions in your existing online banking channel in the following ways:

    • File types available will be different
    • Fields available in the report will be different
    • The layout of the file will be different.

    The file types available to export on Commercial Banking online include:


    • CSV
    • Excel
    • BAI 


    There will be changes to the fields and the layout of the files. Further information on these changes with examples of the files will be available shortly.

    If your organisation exports transactions and then uploads this data to other systems you will need to review further information on the changes. More information and examples files of these changes will be available soon to help you in determine what the change will mean for you.
