    Making and approving payments has improved:

    • Payment approval is more flexible: payments on Commercial Banking Online can be set for approval by one or more users for payment types, payment limits or accounts
    • Extended cut off times for inter-account transfers and Faster Payments
    • See real-time posting of completed transactions
    • Account balances and transactions can be viewed and exported in GBP, EUR and USD
    • Dual approval for beneficiary records is available
    • Add new beneficiaries while creating payments
    • Create Import Maps to import payments
