    Avoid certain tasks

    What happens if I miss the deadline?

    Making some of these changes could mean you cannot be moved over to Commercial Banking Online.

    What you need to do

    • Make sure you don’t need to perform any of the activities listed below

    Changes to the following activities should be avoided three weeks prior to your move to Commercial Banking Online as any changes you make after this time will not be carried over to the new channel.

    Please do not:

    • Make any changes to existing user data or create new users
    • Add, edit or remove accounts
    • Make any changes to user roles
    • Make any changes to your primary administrator
    • Make any changes to your lead legal entity.

    Please remember:

    • Any users who are suspended at the time you move to Commercial Banking Online will not move over

    When is the deadline?

    Four weeks before you move to Commercial Banking Online.
