    Payment approval

    What happens if I miss the deadline?

    Any payments requiring more than six approvers will not be moved over to Commercial Banking Online. Unless you reduce the number of approvers to six or fewer, you will need to set up the payment approval panel from scratch once you have moved to Commercial Banking Online.

    Four weeks before your move date.

    What to be aware of

    Corporate Online

    Commercial Banking Online allows a maximum of six approvers for a payment. If you have any payments requiring more than six approvers, these will not be moved over to Commercial Banking Online.

    Please reduce the number of approvers for a payment to a maximum of six before you move to Commercial Banking Online.
