    What happens if I miss the deadline?

    We recommend that you log in to Commercial Banking Online on the first day you are able to. Your log in details will expire after 30 days. If this happens, you will not be able to access Commercial Banking Online until you receive new log in details.


    What you need to do

    • Work through the tasks below to make sure you can log in and use Commercial Banking Online
    • When you log in to Commercial Banking Online for the first time, please make sure you log in and change your password or your account may be temporarily locked.

    Ensure all users and administrator log in to Commercial Banking Online. Your day 1 log in credentials will expire after 30 days.

    Set-up your telephony PIN

    Review your contact details, including your title, and update if required

    Ensure your telephone number is up to date so we can contact you

    Review user permissions, roles and panels

    View balances and transactions

    Make a payment

    If possible, use some of the features on Commercial Banking Online
