How to approve a TravelLink order

  • If a TravelLink order is due to be delivered the next day, it must be approved by 3pm. After this, its status will change to ‘Expired’ and the order will be cancelled.

    If an order has a delivery date 2 or more days in advance, it needs to be approved by 3pm the working day before.

    You must be assigned a role with the right permissions to approve a TravelLink order.

    Step 1

    Click ‘TravelLink’. This will take you to ‘View orders’.

    Approve an order

    Find the order you want to approve. To see more details about the order, click on the order row.

    Step 2

    Tick the box next to the order and click the ‘Approve’ button at the top. You can tick more than one to approve multiple orders at the same time.
