I can't export or print my report

  • If nothing happens when you click Print 2 or Export in the report’s toolbar, check your browser’s pop-up blocker. Your pop-up blocker should be switched off so that the Export screen displays.

    Export Report

    If you’re using Internet Explorer and nothing happens when you click Print 2 to print the report, make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Alternatively, click Export in the report’s toolbar and export the report to another file format that you can then print.

    Finally, make sure your printer is connected, installed and recognise as your default printer.
