If nothing happens when you click

in the report’s toolbar, check your browser’s pop-up blocker. Your pop-up blocker should be switched off so that the Export screen displays.

If you’re using Internet Explorer and nothing happens when you click
to print the report, make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Alternatively, click
in the report’s toolbar and export the report to another file format that you can then print.
Finally, make sure your printer is connected, installed and recognise as your default printer.
