I want to save a filtered report view

  • Save a filtered report view that you can re-use whenever you need to. Once a report has been created, you can export it to a range of file formats or print it for review away from Commercial Banking Online.

    It is not possible to save a filtered view for a Role Audit History Report. 

    1. Select Reporting to display the Report Management screen
    2. Click Down arrow in the report’s row and select Create and Save a Filter from the pop-up menu displayed.

    3. Enter a meaningful name for the filtered report view so users can find it easily when they want to use it to create a new report.
    4. If you want to share the filtered report view with other users of Commercial Banking Online in your organisation, tick the Shared box.
    5. Enter a meaningful description of the filtered report view so users can find it easily when they want to use it to create a new report.
    6. When available, the Sort section will also be displayed. This allows you to sort the report data using a specified report value.Sort
      • Select the report value you want to sort the report on and select Ascending or Descending, as required.
      • If you want to add more than one sort to the report, click Add More
    7. To add filters to the report, click + next to the type of report value you want to filter on, then, depending on the type of value you’re using to filter, tick the box next to each value you want to include in the filter or select a value operator and enter a filter value.  
    8. When you are ready to save the filtered report view, click Save. A message is displayed, confirming that the filtered report view has been saved.
    9. To display the report, click View Report.
    10. Export the report data or print the report, as required.
    11. Once you have finished viewing the report, click Cancel. You are returned to the Report Management screen.
