Create quick entry payments

    1. Quick Entry allows you to make payments from approved templates and template groups. If your desired beneficiaries aren't already set up in a template you can create a new payment template or create a new payment template group, From the Manage payments page, click Quick Entry at the bottom of the screen to go to the Quick Entry page.
    2. For each quick entry payment you want to create:
      • Enter the name of the payment template you want to use in the Template name column or click Template lookup to search for and select the template required.
If you don’t have any existing payment templates, you can create a payment template.
You can also add a payment template group by clicking Add Payment Template Group, then searching for and selecting for the group you want to use. A new quick payment entry row will be added for each template in the group.
      • Click Calendar icon in the Value date column to select the date you want the transaction to take place.
      • Enter the payment amount in the Amount column.
    3. You can add another quick entry payment row by clicking Add Entry and repeating steps 1 to 3. Alternatively, you can delete a quick entry payment row by clicking Remove at the end of the row.
    4. When you’re ready, after confirming that the beneficiary details are correct, submit the payments for approval.
