I can't take action on a payment

  • First, check the payment’s current status. The action you’re trying to take may not be possible because the payment’s status does not allow it. For example, a payment with an Approver Rejected status cannot be approved, it can only be deleted.

    If you’ve checked the status of payment and you know you should be able to take action on it, you may not have the appropriate payments and cash management role assigned to you. Please contact your Administrator for more help. They will be able to assign you the roles you need to complete the appropriate actions in Commercial Banking Online.
