I can't find a payment

  • To view payments you need to have a payments role. First, check whether you’ve applied a payment list view to the Payment management screen. Try selecting a different list view in the top right of the Payment management screen.

    Next, check whether you have any filters applied to your payments list to see if they’re restricting which payments are displayed. Try changing the filters you’ve applied or to remove all filters by clicking Clear Filter.

    If you’ve checked your list view and filters and you should be able to see the payment on the Payment management screen, you may not have the appropriate payments and cash management role assigned to you to see that payment. Please contact your Administrator for more help.
