My payment has a Needs Repair status

  • A payment will have the status of Needs Repair if either the Amount or the Value date is incorrect.

If you have the correct entitlements you can repair the payment in the Payment management screen. Click on the Down arrow box beside the payment that needs repairing and selecting Repair from the dropdown list. You can then update the Value date and/or the Amount and Submit the payment.

Common reasons why the payment may need repair are that the Value date is invalid, for instance the date occurs in the past, or that the Amount exceeds the allowed amount for a payment, for example £100,000 or over for a Faster Payment.

If you are unable to repair a payment you may not have the correct entitlement and will need to contact your Administrator.
