I want to export my information as APACS

  • Here’s how to export your account data including balances and transactions, as an APACS file. Click here to see the export file structure and descriptions for each field.

    1. Go to 'Reporting' and select 'Download data export'. Click the 'Create export' button at the bottom.

    2. Select APACS from the drop-down menu.  Enter a name for your APACS file.

    3. Select the date range for your data. Pick from today, the previous day, week or month, or select a specific date range.

    4. Next choose the accounts you want to include in your export.

It's automatically set to include all accounts you have access to. To choose individual accounts, select 'Include items' and tick the accounts you want.  Or, if you've set up an account group, you can select that instead.

    5. Click 'Create export', then close the pop-up message. You'll see the file listed in 'Download data export' with the status 'In progress'.

When the status changes to 'Complete', the file is ready to download. Click the arrow in the 'Actions' column and select 'Download'.
