I want to export my BAI information

  • Download your BAI (Bank Administration Institute) information for Commercial Banking Online.

    1. Hover over the Reporting link and select Download Data export option.
    2. Select Create Export at the bottom of the screen.
    3. Select BAI Export in the Export type dropdown.
    4. Enter a File name for the Export file.
    5. Choose the Date Range for the report to cover.

      To search for specific dates select Date range and enter the Start and End dates of the period you wish to cover.
    6. Select the accounts that you want to run the report for.

      You can select :
      • All items – To export the BAI information for all accounts that you have access to.
      • Include Items – To select accounts that you want to export the BAI information for by ticking the box against that Account
      • Exclude Items – To exclude accounts from the BAI export by ticking the box against that Account.
    7. Click Create Export to run the BAI export. You will get a message to say that the BAI Export Request has been submitted.
    8. Return to the Download Data Export screen to see your report, click on Down arrow the next to the reports name to either view details about the report or Download the report to your computer.
