I want to manage beneficiary list views

  • If you can’t see those beneficiaries on which you want to take action, you can change what’s shown on your Beneficiary Library screen. Please note that if beneficiaries are not used to create payments for 25 months, they’re automatically removed from the beneficiary library and you will not be able to find them.

    To apply a beneficiaries list view to the beneficiaries list, select the view’s name in the top right of the Beneficiary Library screen.Beneficiary list views

    To create and apply your own customised beneficiaries list view:

    1. Apply any filters and column changes required to get the view you want displayed.
    2. When you’re ready, click Save View to display the Save List screen.
    3. Enter a name for your view.
    4. Click Save to save your new view.

    Once you’ve saved your customised view, you can select it from the View drop-down list on the Beneficiary Library screen whenever you need it. 

    To change, copy, delete or assign a default beneficiaries list view:

    1. Click Manage to display the Manage Views screen.
    2. Tick the box next to the name of the view you’re interested in.
    3. Click Modify if you want to edit the selected beneficiaries view:
      • To apply a sort to the view using a beneficiary data column, select the column you want to use and select whether you want the sort applied in ascending or descending order.
        If you want to apply another sort, click Add More.
      • To select specific beneficiary values to show in the view, click + next to the type of beneficiary value you want to include, then, depending on the type of value you’re using, tick the box next to each value you want to include in the view or select a value operator and enter a filter value.  
      • When you’re ready to save your changes, click Save
      Click Delete if you want to delete the selected beneficiaries view. A message is displayed, asking you to confirm you want to delete the view. Click Yes to delete the selected view.
      Click Duplicate if you want to copy the selected beneficiaries list view. A message is displayed, asking you to confirm you want to copy the view. Click Yes to copy the selected view. You can then edit the copied view to get the exact view you want.
      Click Set as Default to save the selected beneficiaries view as your default view. 

    To print the beneficiaries list view currently displayed on the Beneficiary Library screen, click Print.

    The list will be generated as a beneficiary library audit report which you will need to save in PDF format to print.

    To export the beneficiaries list view currently displayed on the Beneficiary Library screen to a CSV file, click Export.
