I want to manage beneficiary list columns

  • If you can’t see those beneficiaries on which you want to take action, you can change what’s shown on your Beneficiary Library screen. Please note that if beneficiaries are not used to create payments for 25 months, they’re automatically removed from the beneficiary library and you will not be able to find them.

To change which columns are shown in a beneficiaries list:

    1. Click Manage Columns to display the Manage Columns screen.
    2. Tick the box next to the name of each column you want to see.
    3. Untick the box next to the next of each column you don’t want to see.
    4. When you’re happy, click Save to see your changes in the beneficiaries list.
If you decide you don’t want to proceed with your changes, click Close.

To change the order in which the columns appear, click on the name of a column you want to move and while holding down your left mouse button, drag the column to where you want it to appear in the beneficiaries list before releasing your mouse button.

To sort the beneficiary data that appears in a column, click on the column’s name. An arrow icon Arrow icon will be displayed next to the column’s name to indicate the sort order.
