I want to delete dormant records from the Beneficiary Library

For your security, we recommend dual approval of changes to the Beneficiary Library and regular checks that no unauthorised changes have been made.

Dormant records are records in your Beneficiary Library that have not been actioned for over 25 months. You can remove all Dormant records from your Beneficiary Library in one action by using the Delete dormant records function. This function will run in a cycle of 30 days, if you have already clicked Delete dormant records, it will be 30 days before you can run the next cycle.

    1. Either select Payments > Beneficiary Library or click Beneficiary Library on the Payment Management screen to display the Beneficiary Library screen.
    2. Use the Delete dormant Records button at the bottom of the Beneficiary Library screen.

    3. A message is displayed asking if you’re sure you want to delete the stale beneficiaries. Click Yes.

Alternatively, if you do not have any stale beneficiaries to remove then another message will be displayed informing your Records are not deleted.

A message is displayed to confirm your deletion.
    4. Click Close to close the message and return to the Beneficiary Library screen.
