I want to verify my new email address

  • If you change your email address in Commercial Banking Online, you have to verify it using a one-time verification code, before the address is saved as your registered Commercial Banking Online email.

    We ask you to verify a new email address to prevent anyone attempting to gain access to your Commercial Banking Online user account without your authorisation. If you didn’t ask for an email address change, please contact your Administrator immediately. If you are a Primary Administrator, please call the Commercial Banking Online helpdesk immediately.

    1. Log in to Commercial Banking Online, as normal.
    2. After you have authenticated your identity, the Verify your email address screen is displayed.
    3. Enter the one-time verification code we sent to you.
      If you have lost your verification code, you can request a new verification code to be sent to you.
      If you decide you don’t want to proceed with your recent email address change and want to continue using your old email address, you can cancel the email change request.
    4. Click Verify email address.
      If you enter your verification code incorrectly, a message is displayed to tell you when you click Verify email address. If you continue to enter your verification code incorrectly, a message will be displayed to inform you that you can no longer use your current verification code and that you will either need to request a new code or cancel the email change request.
    5. A message is displayed to confirm your new email address has been verified. Click OK or Small x (close) to close the message and complete your login.
