I want to cancel the email change request

  • If you change your email address in Commercial Banking Online, you have to verify it using a one-time verification code, before the address is saved as your registered Commercial Banking Online email. If you decide you don’t want to proceed with your recent email address change and want to continue using your old email address, you can cancel the request.

Log in to Commercial Banking Online, as normal. After you have authenticated your identity, the Verify your email address screen is displayed.

Click Cancel email change request in the Verify your email address screen. A message is displayed, asking you if you’re sure you want to cancel your new email address and continue using your old email address. Click Continue to confirm the cancellation. Another message is displayed, confirming the email address change has been cancelled. Click OK or Small x (close) to close the message and complete your login.
