My notifications are out-of-date

  • First, check the time your notifications were last automatically updated at the bottom of your notifications bar.

     BR18.05 Edit - 05 Report Management Configure

    If they haven’t automatically updated for a long time, try manually updating your notifications by clicking the Refresh icon icon.

    Next, check whether your Internet connection is still working.

    Next, check whether this is a temporary issue. Try logging out of Commercial Banking Online and logging back in. Check your notifications to see if they’ve now updated.

    Next, check our Service messages section within the Login page for any known Commercial Banking Online service issues. 

    If no issues have been reported, please contact your Administrator for more help.
