I've forgotten my Commercial Banking Online email address

  • If you’re a Primary Administrator and are attempting to log in for the first time to activate your Commercial Banking Online user account, this is the email address you provided when you registered for Commercial Banking Online. If you don’t have a copy of your registration details, please contact your Client Management representative who will check for you.

    If you’ve already activated your Commercial Banking Online user account, you’ll find your registered Commercial Banking Online email address on the Your details screen.

    Log in to Commercial Banking Online, then click on the arrow next to your name in the top right of Commercial Banking Online. Select Your details.

    Your details

    The Your details screen is displayed, showing your email address. You should update your email address whenever your contact details change.
