View all items that have been collected, but not paid

  • The Exceptions tab will show all items that received a decision during the current processing day that is not a 'Pay' decision (i.e. a 'No Pay' response or a 'Local Bank Holiday' delay to payment decision). This is a duplication of information in the 'Collected Items' / 'Collected Elsewhere' tabs, but is refined to show only those items that are likely to need actioning.

    1. The columns on the screen include:
      • Credit sort code
      • Credit account
      • Credit amount
      • Item serial
      • Item sort code
      • Item account
      • Item amount
      • Image
      • Kappa
      • Other
      • Response from paying bank on RTP (Request to Pay) items
      • Action
       
    2. ‘Action’ - If a RTP item is returned unpaid, the 'Represent' button will be enabled if the return answer is included in the ‘representable return reason’ list. In the example below, you can see it says ‘represented’, which means a user has clicked 'Represent' and the action is now completed. This function will be available later in 2018.
