  • Portal operating schedule

    In order to support maintenance, planned system outages will be followed (see table below). During these times, the portal will not be available to use. Please note that these are estimated timings and the system may be available for longer or shorter periods on some days.

    Timing of receipt of information on the portal

    Your in-clearing cheques (collected by other participants the previous business day) will show on the portal from 04:00 onwards.

    A Central Switch routes images and data from Collecting Participants to the Paying or Beneficiary participants.
