Activity log

    1. The Agency Portal will record the Activity Log and audit history records in a single table held on the Agency Portal server.
       
      The Activity Log screen will be used to display details of actions performed within the Agency Portal (including end of day default decisions applied by the system).
    2. Upon opening the screen, the results will be displayed in date/time (descending) order – i.e. the most recent activities at the top of the results table.
      The columns in the table are:
      • Date
      • Time
      • Operator
      • Action
      • Values
      • Serial
      • Sort code
      • Account
      • Amount
      Activity Log Instructions
      All information in the table will be ‘read only’ and once stored in the activity log it cannot be amended.
    3. The ‘Filter’ button will be enabled when one or more search criteria has been entered. Filter criteria will be applied when the ‘Filter’ button is pressed and this will cause a query to be submitted to the audit log with the results displayed in the table.

      Available filter criteria:
      • Date of work (range from/to)
      • User first name
      • User surname
      • User ID
      • Action
      • Sort code
      • Account
      • Serial
      • Amount (range from/to)
       
    4. The ‘Current Filter’ banner will display the searched criteria, allowing the search expander to be closed to provide more screen space for results. This will also show the number of items matching the selected criteria and provide paging functionality where the number of items exceeds the configured page size.
    5. The actions list will be defined from the key recorded activities; it can be filtered on specified actions, such as decisioning or approving.
    6. The ‘Clear Filter’ button will be enabled when a search is displayed. This will reset the display to the default view (i.e. date/time descending).
