I can't take action on a workflow item

  • First, check the workflow item’s current status. The action you’re trying to take may not be possible because its status does not allow it. For example, you cannot approve a workflow item with a Rejected, Approved or Cancelled status.

    Next, check with the other Administrators of your organisation’s Commercial Banking Online service to confirm that the workflow item has not been approved, rejected or cancelled by someone else. You cannot approve, reject or cancel a workflow item if it has been created by you. 

    If you have spoken with the other Administrators and established that the workflow item should still be available, please contact the Commercial Banking Online Helpdesk.
