I can't modify a pre-defined Role

  • We recommend against modifying the pre-defined Roles, instead you should create a copy of the Role which you can then modify and assign to users. For more information, see our section on copying and modifying a predefined Role.

    If you’re unable to create a copy of the one of the pre-defined roles, check with another administrator to see if they can copy and modify the pre-defined Role on their Role Maintenance screen. If they can copy and modify the Role and you can’t, you may not have the correct permissions assigned to you that entitle you  to take action on Roles.

    If you believe you should be able to create or modify Roles, please contact your Primary Administrator. If you are a Primary Administrator, please contact the Commercial Banking Online Helpdesk.
