I Want to Assign an Agency Portal Role

  • The following screenshots will show you how to assign an agency portal role for one of your users.

    This will be your homepage when you log onto Commercial Banking Online if you are an administrator:



    1. You will see a list of fields from the dropdown list and can manage users from the ‘Users’ field or from the homepage screen.
    2. Users in your Bank will be displayed here and you can edit them.
    3. Add a new user from the bottom of the screen – ‘Create User’ button.


    Creating a new user

    Once you have selected ‘create user’ from the homepage, you will see the screen below – ‘User Details’.

    Complete all the fields and then you will need to click the ‘Next’ button at the bottom of the screen.



    Assign user roles

    Once you have selected ‘Create User’ from the homepage, you will see the screen below – ‘User Details’.

    1. Select ‘Agency Portal’
    2. Choose the role you wish to assign the user e.g. ‘Enquire’
    3. Then select ‘Next’


    Set homepage

    You will then need to select ‘Agency Portal’ as the homepage and click ‘Next’



    Check and confirm details

    You will then need to check the details you have entered are correct.

    1. If you need to edit at this stage, you can do so by clicking ‘Edit’
    2. Then click ‘Create User’ at the bottom of the screen (see below)

    Please note, if a user has multiple services on Commercial Banking Online there will be a choice of landing pages to select from below.



    Authenticate

    Now that you are happy all of the details are correct, you need to authenticate yourself. Follow the instructions on screen and the user will then be set up.
