I can't create or modify a panel profile

  • First, check whether your organisation uses votes payments approval or panel payment approval in Commercial Banking Online. If your organisation uses votes payment approval, you cannot create panels in Commercial Banking Online.

    Next, check with another Administrator to see if they can create or modify a panel profile on their Panel Profile screen. If they can create or modify the panel profile and you can’t, you may not have the appropriate Role assigned to you to take action on panel profiles.

    If you believe you should be able to create or modify panel profiles, please contact your Primary Administrator. If you are a Primary Administrator, please contact the Commercial Banking Online Helpdesk.
