I want to find an email recipient group

  • If you’re a Primary Administrator and responsible for managing email alerts, any email recipient groups you need to manage are displayed as rows in your Email Recipient Groups Settings screen. You can create a new group or delete a group that’s no longer required.

If you can’t see those groups on which you want to take action, you can change what’s shown on your Email Recipient Groups Settings screen.

To apply a quick filter to the Email Recipient Group Settings screen:

    1. Click Down arrow in the top left.
    2. Select the field you want to filter on.
    3. Enter the filter value in the field now displayed.
    4. Click Search to apply the filter to the group list.
    5. Select Clear Filter before applying another filter.

To change the order in which the columns appear, click on the name of a column you want to move and while holding down your left mouse button, drag the column to where you want it to appear in the groups list before releasing your mouse button.

To sort the group data that appears in a column, click on the column’s name. An arrow icon Arrow icon will be displayed next to the column’s name to indicate the sort order.

To export the group list currently displayed on the Email Recipient Groups Settings screen to a CSV file, click Export.
