I want to delete an email alert recipient

  • Email alert recipients are those users who you want to receive specific payments, Role, Beneficiary Library Maintenance or information reporting alerts from Commercial Banking Online.

    If you’re a Primary Administrator and responsible for managing email alerts, you can delete any email alert recipient who’s no longer needed, for example, if they have left your organisation.

    1. On your Administration page, select Manage email alerts > Email recipients to display the Email Recipients screen.
    2. To delete multiple recipients at the same time, tick the ones you want to delete in the recipients list and click Delete.
      To delete a single recipient, you can also click Down arrow in the recipient’s row and select Delete from the pop-up menu displayed.
      You can review the details of a recipient before deciding whether to delete them by double clicking on the recipient’s row. Once you’ve reviewed the recipient, click Delete to delete the group or Close to return to the Email Recipients screen.
    3. A message is displayed asking if you’re sure you want to delete the recipient. Click Yes.
    4. A message is displayed to confirm your deletion. Click Close to close the message and return to the Email Recipients screen.
