I want to delete an email recipient group

  • Email recipient groups allow you to specify groups of users that you can then assign to receive specific alerts from Commercial Banking Online.

If you’re a Primary Administrator and responsible for managing email alerts, you can delete any email recipient group that’s no longer needed.

    1. On your Administration page, select Manage email alerts > Email recipients groups settings to display the Email Recipient Groups Settings screen.
    2. To delete multiple groups at the same time, tick the ones you want to delete in the groups list and click Delete.
To delete a single group, you can also click Down arrow in the group’s row and select Delete from the pop-up menu displayed.
You can review the details of a group before deciding whether to delete it by double clicking on the group’s row. Once you’ve reviewed the group, click Delete to delete the group or Close to return to the Email Recipient Groups Settings screen.
    3. A message is displayed asking if you’re sure you want to delete the group. Click Yes.
    4. A message is displayed to confirm your deletion. Click Close to close the message and return to the Email Recipient Groups Settings screen.
