I want to create an email recipient group

  • Email recipient groups allow you to specify groups of users that you can then assign to receive specific payments, Role, Beneficiary Library Maintenance or information reporting alerts from Commercial Banking Online.

If you’re a Primary Administrator and responsible for managing email alerts, you can create a new email recipient group. Once you have created an email recipient group, you can add recipients to the group. You must create any new email alert recipients before you can add them to a recipient group.

    1. On your Administration page, select Manage email alerts > Email recipients group settings to display the Email Recipient Groups Settings screen.
Any existing email recipient groups you have are listed. You can manage your existing email recipient groups to ensure only those groups of users receive the payments, Role, Beneficiary Library Maintenance and information reporting alerts they need.
    2. Click Add.
    3. Enter a name for the new email recipient group.
    4. Click Save. A message confirming that the group has been saved is displayed.
    5. If you want to:
      • create another group, click Add New Record.
      • return to the Email Recipient Groups Settings screen, click Close.
