I want to delete an accounts and balances summary

  • An Accounts and balances summary provides you with an overview of how a selected group of accounts is performing, so you can quickly see what actions need to be taken to effectively manage them.

    Delete one of your existing account groups if you no longer need its summary to monitor your accounts. If you delete your default account group the next account group will become your default group. If you find you can’t delete an Accounts and balances summary, please note you cannot delete an account group if you only have one. Alternatively, you may not have the appropriate payments and cash management roles assigned to you. If so, please contact your Administrator for more help.

    1. On your Accounts and balances home page (select Accounts and balances from your home menu if the page is not already displayed), click the name of the account group you want to delete to display its summary.

    2. Click Settings icon in the top right of the summary and select Delete group.
    3. A message is displayed, asking if you’re sure you want to continue.
    4. Click Delete. Alternatively, if you decide not to proceed, click Cancel to return to the summary without deleting it.
    5. A message is displayed, confirming that the group has been successfully deleted. Click Small x (close) to return to the Accounts and balances home page.
