I can't add a featured account

  • First, check the number of Featured accounts you’ve already selected. If you’ve selected five accounts in your account group, you will not be able to select any more as Featured accounts. Try deselecting one of your already Featured accounts by unticking the box under Featured in the account’s row on the Accounts within group tab of the Account group settings screen, then select the account you now want featured.

    Alternatively, create a new Accounts and balances summary and add the account you want featured to that group.

    If you’ve not selected more than five accounts to be featured on your Accounts and balances summary, please contact your Administrator for more help.
