I want to apply a filter to an account summary list view

  • You can change which bank account summaries are displayed on your Bank Account Summary screen by applying a filter.

    To apply a quick filter to an accounts list based on an account value:

    1. Click Down button(1) in the top left
    2. Select the field you want to filter on. 
    3. Enter the filter value in the field now displayed.
    4. Click Search to apply the filter to the Bank Account Summary list.
    5. Select Clear Filter before applying another filter.

    6. Click Search to apply the filter to the accounts list.

    To apply an advanced filter:

    1. Click Advanced to display the Advanced Filters screen.
    2. Click + next to the type of account value you want to filter on, then, depending on the type of value you’re using to filter, tick the box next to each value you want to include in the filter or select a value operator and enter a filter value.  
    3. When you’re ready to apply your advanced filter, click View Results

    If you want to remove any filter you’ve applied to the Bank Account Summary screen, click Clear Filter.

    If you’ve tried changing what’s shown on your Bank Account Summary screen but still can’t find the accounts you’re looking for, you may not have the appropriate payments and cash management Roles assigned to you. Please contact your Administrator for more help.
