I want to download balance and transaction data

  • Download balance and transaction data in Bank Administration Institute (BAI) format.

    1. On your Payment Management page, select Manage reports > Download data export to display the Download Data Export screen.
    2. Click Create Export to display the Export Data screen. 
    3. Select the type of file to export from the Export Type drop-down list.
    4. Enter a name for your file. 
    5. In the Date Range section, select one of the following options:
      • Previous Business Day
      • Previous Week
      • Previous Month 
      • Date Range
      If you select Date Range, click   to select the Start Date and End Date.

    6. In the Account Details section, select the accounts in which you’re interested. 
    7. Click Create Export. A confirmation message is displayed.
    8. Click Small x (close) to return to the Download Data Export screen.
    9. Click Down arrow in the file’s row and select Download from the pop-up menu displayed. Alternatively, select View to see a summary of the export.

    Bank account and transaction information can also be downloaded in CSV format from the Bank Account Summary screen by clicking Export or from the Transaction Details screen by clicking Basic Export or Detailed Export. You can also download an Extended Transaction Detail Report from the Advice Details screen.
