I can't find an account

  • First, check whether you’ve applied an accounts list view to the Bank Account Summary screen. Try selecting a different list view in the top right of the Bank Account Summary screen.

    Next, check whether you have any filters applied to your accounts list to see if they’re restricting which accounts are displayed. Try changing the filters you’ve applied or removing all filters by clicking Clear Filter.

    If you’ve checked your list view and filters and you should be able to see the account on the Bank Account Summary screen, you may not have the appropriate payments and cash management Roles assigned to you to see that account, or the account may not have any transactions data for you to filter by. Please contact your Administrator for more help.
