I can't find a transaction

  • First, check whether you have any filters applied to your Transaction Details screen to see if they’re restricting which transactions are displayed. Try changing the filters you’ve applied or removing all filters by clicking Clear Filter.

    Next, check whether the transaction over 13 months old. Only transactions that are less than 13 months old will be displayed on your Transaction Details screen. If the transaction is older than 13 months you will need to create a Historic Transaction Detail Report or Archive Transaction Detail Report

    If you’ve checked your filters and you should be able to see the transaction on the Transaction Details screen, you may not have the appropriate payments and cash management Roles assigned to you. Please contact your Administrator for more help.
