  • Future Dated Payments

Check your future-dated payments as they won't move to the new platform

You must delete any future-dated payments that are set to be paid after the date you move to Commercial Banking Online. If you don't do this, you won’t be able to view, change or cancel them. And your activation to the new platform could be delayed until they’re deleted.

Once you've moved, you'll be able to set up these payments again.

  • Payment Types

The table below shows how we've grouped some payments together.

Any permission to approve a payment, as well as its limit, will move over to the new payment type. So if a user can create a BACS single payment now, they can do the same up to their limit on the new platform.

If a user has two different limits, the lower limit will be moved over.

You should check your users' permissions.

Internal transfers are not available on the new platform. Please use a different type of payment. But you can make inter-account transfers.
