Britain needs successful entrepreneurs. That’s why we created the 2014 Enterprise Awards - to reward the best student and graduate entrepreneurial talent.
The awards offered prizes of up to £50,000 cash investments to the overall winners and up to £5,000 in the initial heats, alongside one-to-one mentoring.
47 businesses were shortlisted from the Lloyds Bank and Bank of Scotland Enterprise Awards to go through to five initial heats across England, Wales and Scotland in September. In October the grand final was hosted at Edgbaston Cricket Club in Birmingham and 15 finalists battled it out pitching to a panel of judges to win the titles of Overall Best Start-up, Digital and Enterprise.
The winners of the 2014 Enterprise Awards were:
Overall Best Enterprise: Marcus Fields and Robbie Beattie, Room Booking System Ltd
Overall Best Start-up: Daniel Valdur Eha, Pure Pet Food Ltd
Overall Best Digital: Dawood Fard, Centurus
We’d like to congratulate all the businesses that made this year’s awards such a success.
