    Adrian is responsible for the management of product within Global Transaction Banking; where he drives investment into the development of innovative and dynamic products to answer client needs, as well as acting as the ambassador for product to our clients and the market.

    Adrian is a highly experienced banking professional with 27 years spanning retail, corporate and investment banking across a number of British and overseas banks. Prior to leading the Commercial Bank's largest product business, he was MD, Business Development & Transformation and he previously worked directly for Antonio Horta-Osorio for two years as his Chief of Staff, supporting key transformational change across the Group. Adrian joined Lloyds Bank as a senior leader of the Leveraged Finance team, having spent over 10 years leading notable M&A transactions with some of the most demanding PE Sponsors in Europe.

    Biography
    Clare has over 25 years of experience in advising diverse clients across all aspects of risk and financing. She joined Lloyds Bank in 2006 as Managing Director of Sales, responsible for distributing financial market products internationally to clients.

    Clare began her banking career with NatWest before studying business management at London Business School. She later joined HSBC, holding many global positions in the UK, Asia and the US – in risk, retail, marketing, operations, trading and sales – and leading HSBC's global corporate coverage team.

    Clare is a board member of the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME). She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) and sits on Lloyds Bank's credit panel.

    Managing Director, Head of Financial Markets, Lloyds Bank

    Biography
    Richard joined Lloyds Bank in March 2012 and is presently Managing Director, Financial Markets, drawing on a career spanning 25 years in the financial services industry.

    He fulfilled a range of senior international roles across the foreign exchange and fixed income divisions at Citigroup from 1986 to 2008.

    Richard started his career in FX trading, becoming the Global Head of FX, then Global Head of Rates and Currencies and finally the Head of Fixed Income for EMEA.

    Prior to Lloyds Bank, Richard was a Non-Executive Director for Standard & Poor's credit market services Europe. He was also a Principal and Senior Advisor to StormHarbour, a financial services partnership, focusing on the global fixed income markets which served institutional investors, corporations and financial institutions.

    Biography
    Andy joined Lloyds Bank in February 2011 to develop the Bank’s commodity risk management offering to the Corporate client base. A Chemical Engineering graduate, Andy originally started his career with Shell as a technologist at Shell Haven Refinery, moving progressively through refinery scheduling into trading, and thence into marketing of risk management to Shell Commercial’s clients. Andy took his hands-on experience to RBS, where he built and ran RBS’s commodity derivative business over ten years, and after a spell at Fortis Bank, came to Lloyds Bank. Andy specialises in assisting clients with understanding their more complicated exposures and providing bespoke risk management solutions, including supporting clients design risk management strategy tailored to their individual requirements.

    Senior International Macroeconomist, Lloyds Bank

    Biography
    Carl has been a senior international economist at Lloyds Bank since 2010, focused on EM currencies and commodities markets. Prior to joining the Lloyds Bank economic research team, he worked as a credit strategist for the Bank of Scotland and has held several other roles at Barclays, Merrill Lynch and FleetBoston. Carl has over 10 years diverse experience across a number of different disciplines, including research, debt capital markets, and credit analysis. He holds a BA in Economics from Central Connecticut State University in the US, and an MSc in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School in London.

    Biography

    Ned is a Director in Commodity Market Solutions, helping customers identify and manage their exposures to commodity prices.

    Ned has helped customers establish inaugural risk management strategies and delivered improvements to established hedging programmes. Customers range from SMEs to multinationals across energy, metals and agricultural commodities.

    Prior to Lloyds Bank, Ned worked at JPMorgan focusing on energy risk management for corporate customers and commodity linked finance for commodity producers and refiners.

    Ned holds a MEng (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh where he was an active member of the Officer Training Corps and rugby team.

    Biography
    Christian advises CEOs, CFOs and Treasurers with regards to capital structure optimisation, first-time credit rating, rating defence, credit profile optimisation and other strategic events, such as M&A and financial policy setting. Christian's team of eight advisers offer its services across multiple sectors, including corporates, public finance institutions, infrastructure funds, investment holdings and real estate companies.

    Christian previously worked at JP Morgan, Credit Suisse and RBS in various disciplines, including Rating Advisory, Leveraged Finance Origination and M&A.

    Llewelyn supports CFOs & Treasurers to benchmark their working capital performance, gain insight into regional and industry trends, highlight key cash cycle challenges and identify opportunities for releasing cash into the business to support strategic objectives.

    He previously worked at ANZ, RBS & J.P. Morgan initially in the bank's Corporate Treasury before transitioning to Transaction Banking, specialising in international liquidity and working capital management.

    Wayne is a highly experienced banking professional with a career spanning 27 successful years encompassing various roles across Corporate Banking and latterly in Global Trade and Receivables. He has extensive experience in structuring off-balance sheet receivables purchase solutions across UK, Europe and the US. Wayne's current role is Senior Director Receivables Advisory where he and his team have responsibility for managing and growing revenue and assets from a portfolio of Investment Grade Global Corporates. Wayne has successfully built and nurtured strong collaborative relationships with clients across a range of sectors and enjoys finding creative relevant solutions.
