• I want to report a lost or stolen card

If your Security card goes missing, you must report it immediately. You can do this in Commercial Banking Online. Reporting your Security card missing will automatically cancel the card, ensuring that no-one else can use it.

If you’re experiencing any other problems with your Security device, for example your Security card is damaged, you need to reset your Security card PIN or your Security card reader isn’t working, please contact your Administrator who will be able to provide more help and order you a replacement. If you are a Primary Administrator, either contact another Primary Administrator or contact the Commercial Banking Online helpdesk.

    1. Log in to Commercial Banking Online as usual.
    2. When you’re asked to authenticate your identity, click Report card lost or stolen to display the Report a lost or stolen Security card screen.Report a lost or stolen Security card screen
    3. If your Security card is due to expire and we’ve recently sent you a replacement card, select which Security card you want to report missing. If both cards have gone missing, you will need to report each card separately.
    4. Select whether your card was lost or stolen.
    5. Enter any details you can remember of how and when your Security card went missing.
    6. When you’re ready, click Cancel card to confirm your report.
    7. A message is displayed to confirm that your missing Security card has been reported and automatically cancelled. Click Close to close the message.

Please contact your Administrator to order a replacement Security card before attempting to log in to Commercial Banking Online again. If you are a Primary Administrator, either contact another Primary Administrator or call the Commercial Banking Online helpdesk.
