You must activate your Commercial Banking Online user account before you can start using your Commercial Banking Online service.

Once we’ve set you up as a Primary Administrator, we’ll send you:

    • a welcome communication with your unique Client ID
    • a separate communication with your activation code

You need these to log in for the first time, so make sure you’ve received them before attempting activation.

Once you’ve logged in using the First time login screen, you’ll then create your username, password and Telephony PIN before calling the Commercial Banking Online helpdesk to confirm you’ve completed your activation steps. Once we’ve spoken to you, we’ll activate your Commercial Banking Online user account and once you have received your Security Device and PIN you can log in to Commercial Banking Online.
