• Guidance: Alternative reports in Commercial Banking Online

    In your current online banking channel you can create the following types of reports:

    • Statement reports - detailing your opening and closing balances and any transactions

    • Balance reports - a more detailed report which includes your cleared and uncleared balances

    In Commercial Banking Online these will be replaced with a number of reports covering different aspects of your online accounts. We have recommended which CBO reports can be used to replace your Statement and Balance reports. We also have a number of additional reports available to to cover other information that you may need.

    Commercial Banking Online reports

    The following reports can be found in the Report management section of the site.

     

    Transaction

    The Transaction report shows the Opening and Closing balance, and Transaction details of your selected bank accounts.

     

    Cash Position

    The Cash Position report shows the Ledger and Cleared Balance by currency of your selected accounts.

     

    Daily View

    The Daily View report gives you a summary of the Credit and Debit transactions for the current business day.

     

    Running Balance

    The Running Balance report shows the Opening and Closing LedgerBalances, Summary Transaction Information including Transaction narrative and Transaction Reference of your selected bank accounts.

     

    Account Statement

    The Account Statement report gives you the Cleared Balance of your chosen bank accounts and their Projected Cleared Balance and Funds for the next two days

     

    Full Transaction Export Report

    The Full Transaction Export Report shows you the Uncleared Funds of your chosen bank accounts and their Projected Cleared Funds for the next two days.

     

    Full Balance Export

    The Full Balance Export Report gives you all the Credit and Debit Transaction Totals of your selected bank accounts and their Projected Cleared Balances and Projected Cleared Funds for the next two days.

     

    Daily Balance History

    The Daily Balance History report shows the Credit and Debit transaction totals, and the Closing Balance of your selected bank accounts.

     

    Bank Account Summary

    The Bank Account Summary report gives you the summary view of the Opening Ledger and Current Available Balances.

    You can create this report by clicking Print on the Bank Account Summary screen.
